Why should I Sealcoat my driveway?Sealcoating prevents oxidation and shields pavement from the harmful effects of the sun. It also reduces raveling, cracking and deterioration of asphalt which helps to maintain your driveway throughout the freeze/thaw cycle. It is also the most cost effective way to restore that clean new look of your driveway. How often should I Sealcoat?We generally recommend a maintenance of once every 3-4 years. Can you repair the cracks in our pavement?We can repair most cracks in your pavement. We offer cold pour crack filler and a 400 degree hot crack sealer as well. Do we have to be home?No, you do not have to be home. We only ask that you remove your cars from the garage and that your driveway be free from all obstructions on the day of your appointment. When can we use our driveway again?We recommend 48 hours of drying time before you reuse your driveway. Do you offer a warranty?We offer a 1 year warranty against material defects.
